Looking for a calm, clean female flatmate aged 25–35 to share my modern, bright two-bedroom flat with me long-term. The room is unfurnished, so you’ll need to bring a bed and storage.

Move-in date: 13th April
Rent: £1,050/month (excluding bills)
Bills: usually around £200/month each (split evenly), so total ~£1,250/month
Deposit: 1 month’s rent
Contract: Rolling, with 2 months’ notice

- Open-plan kitchen and living room with lots of natural light
- Very modern design
- You’ll have the larger bathroom in the hallway all to yourself, while I have an en-suite.
