The room has its own bathroom opposite the room so its a 2 bed 2 bath flat. Building has a free, well-equipped gym, a concierge and a small communal grass area. All issues are resolved by in-house maintenance team quickly and free of charge. Rent is 1300 per month and bills including council tax is around 150-200 depending on utility usage. Council tax band is E. Landlord is a property management company, so they deal with everything professionally. They require tenants to have an income above 39k per year. I hope I can find a respectful and communicative roommate.
