📄 Contract: 12 months with a 6-month break clause

You’ll be sharing with a friendly and respectful flatmate who works as an interior designer. She’s calm, tidy, and works from home about 50% of the time.

***As the building is highly secure and professionally managed, all tenants must go through a referencing and approval process with the management company (Blinc UK).**

For this reason, I’m looking for a working professional (not a student), as proof of employment and supporting documents will be required for approval.
