There are several nice cafes just a few minutes walk away, Paradise park is just down the road, and there are several big shops in the area as well.

In terms of transportation, it is less than a three minute walk to Caledonian Road tube station, and therefore also the 17, 91, and 259 bus routes. It is about 10 minutes walk from Holloway Road tube station, 15 minutes walk from Highbury and Islington tube station, and 10 minutes from Caledonian Road and Barnsbury overground station.

Rent is £1100 per month, council tax (band d) and wifi will be around £100 per month, and I can give you an estimate on remaining bills on request.
