Flat share Caledonian Road

Hello house hunters!

We are a queer and queer-friendly house of 3 gals in our early 30s looking for a fourth housemate to move in around the 30th June. Our flatmate Mala is sadly moving out to live with her bf, so we're looking for someone new to move in from June 15th with some flexibility as we're aware that's quite soon.

You'd be living with:

Coco: supports housing refugees for work, loves books and film and can always be found out riding her bike.

Maddy: works at a youth charity, loves to cook and enjoys charity shopping.

Ciara: is nearly at the end of her counselling training, loves throwing herself headfirst into the garden and cracking dad jokes when least expected.

The house is lovely, modern and clean, and is located a few mins from Cally Road (it's about 7 minutes to the Picadilly line, or 15 minutes to the Mildmay). We have a garden (with an easy to access shed for bikes) and an open plan living room. We have a washing machine and dishwasher too, and there are 1.5 bathrooms.

We're looking for someone who is clean, tidy and respectful of others' space (we have a cleaning rota as well as a fortnightly cleaner which does the trick). And we want a warm home dynamic where you can feel happy chit chatting and having a laugh. It is a very queer & queer-friendly house.

We love books, film, politics, the environment, big walks, cooking and pop culture etc. We all work a mix of wfh and office work and either is welcome for our new flatmate.
We're generally pretty independent but we love to watch a film together or chat in the kitchen cooking, but also like our quiet down-time.

We are ideally looking for someone 28+ to apply, who has their own thing going on, is respectful of communal spaces, and can contribute to creating a lovely home space. Unfortunately we won’t be considering couples or pets. The house is also not wheelchair accessible/friendly.

The room comes with a double bedframe and one wardrobe. Rent is £937.50 with bills coming to roughly £120.
