Hi, I’m moving out a month earlier than all my flatmates and the landlord has given me the OK to sublet my room from 22nd of August to the 24th of September. Option to renew the lease with the landlord after 24th of September but need to iron out the details.
Lovely room, with double bed, nightstand, wardrobe, and desk included. I bought a clothing rack and a desk chair but can remove them upon request or sell them to subletter for cheap.
Clean flatmates, all working professionally in the city so very quiet house most of the time, but they are super nice and love to go out for the occasional glass of wine. Council tax band D.
