Large Double room- Early October move in

Looking for a sociable housemate to replace an outgoing flatmate, and to move in with myself Sid (27, Canadian), and Conor (30, Northern Irish).

The room is a spacious double room which comes fully furnished. There is a double bed, bedside table, large wardrobe and three dressers of varying sizes.

The house has a shared living space, one bathroom and a shared kitchen. We are a communal and social household, generally we share most things in the kitchen but are respectful of one another's space. There is plenty of space to chill and extra storage around the flat if needed.

The house is around a 5min walk from Caledonian Road tube station (Piccadilly line) and a 15min walk from Caledonian Road & Barnsbury (Overground). There are also great bus routes toward Camden and King's Cross, both of which are around a 30min walk.

The area itself is quiet and residential but it's a short walk to lots of great pubs, cafes and restaurants in Islington, Holloway and Finsbury Park. Also have a Tesco and Sainsburvs within a 5min walk.

The vibe in the flat is very laid back - we all get on really well, keep the place clean and will watch tv together or head to the pub when we're free.
