Large Double Room in a Georgian House

I am looking to rent out one room in my 3 Bedroom Georgian house with a garden.
I live with my dog Billy, who is a small Border Terrier., so please be dog aware and friendly.
The third bedroom is used for my guests.
I am extremely clean and tidy, so I'm looking for someone who is similar and who will respect and look after the house.
You would have to go to a place of work,, as i work as a psychotherapist on a daily basis, except Mondays
I drink alcohol occasionally, and would be looking for someone similar or someone who doesn't drink altogether.
There is a large kitchen diner to share, which opens up into the garden.
The double bedroom has a king size bed with a wardrobe and a fitted cupboard and drawers, and tv.
The room over looks the garden so its very quiet.
You have your own shower room., which is on the ground floor, not next to the bedroom.
There is a basement for storage..
Id prefer a gay guy or a gay friendly person
I am looking for someone who is chilled and not into partying, and who prefers to do their socializing mostly outside of the house.
The house is a calm place and i am looking for someone who enjoys their own company, but may enjoy time together once in a while over dinner or on occasions we can watch a movie together.
I'm into yoga/ meditation, walking with Billy, eating well and spending time with friends.
