V tolerant and open, generally chilled and laugh a lot. Keep the space nice and clean, and get a cleaner once a month to top up on the slightly less fun jobs... It's a sociable grown up house, rather than a party palace. Veg and Veeg friendly. Really don't care or mind about where you're from or what your sexual orientations or any of your stuff is. You can just be yourself, it's all friendly and calm.

There's no agents involved, just actual human beings. So no annoying BS. Double win.
