The current tenants are a nurse, a geography lecturer and a textile lecturer.
We've all lived for a while (some longer than others) and are really lucky with each other.
We are a sociable bunch who go out for the odd drink together.

The flat:
The flat is three storeys, with an entrance hall on the ground floor (with room for bicycles). There are four bedrooms (two up for rent) and a big bathroom (with bath and shower) on the first floor. The top floor has the living room and kitchen (a really nice big space, where the fun happens), a small bathroom (with shower), and another bedroom.
The bathrooms have all been redone relevantly recently and are clean and well-looked after. The kitchen has got new bosch appliances and everyone has enough room for their stuff with nice soft close doors and drawers (if that floats your boat).
There is off-street permited parking right outside if you need.
Our landlord is amazing. If we have any problems, he is always really quick to sort it out and has some really good plumbers, etc. He's definitely been the best landlord I've ever had by far!

Location:
The flat itself is a couple of minutes' walk from Camberwell Green, located in a quiet residential area. Camberwell is a great spot, with plenty of rally good places to eat and drink. There are also plenty of shop options, with a large Morrissons, Co-op and Tesco within a 5 minute walk.
Peckham is a five minute bus journey away, while Elephant and Castle (10 minutes) and Oval (10 minutes) are really close by bus, too. Brixton is only 15 minutes by bus.
You can walk to Denmark Hill overground station in 10 minutes, so it's really well connected and located without being right in the middle of it all. Camberwell itself has a large number of buses going through it, so it is well connnected.

The room is £800pcm plus bills, which typically come to around £110 each pcm for broadband, water, electricity, gas, council tax etc. We all pay into a dedicated bank account we set up for the bills, and then sort out the admin between us.
The deposit is £900.
