Description
A last minute trip away has meant my room in Camberwell is free from now until 15th October.
The flat is situated 10mins walk from Denmark Hill Station and King's College Hospital, and 15 mins walk from East Dulwich Station.
The room - as well as bathroom - have just been refurbished. My room gets a lot of light and contains a very comfy double bed as well as a large empty wardrobe for you to store your clothes in. My flatmates are the landlords who are both lifelong friends and work 9-5. They are very friendly and accommodating people.
Most evenings are spent cooking a meal, watching a film, or occasionally going for a drink (or to the cinema now that summer's over...). But if you'd rather keep to yourself then that's of course fine too!
We also have the beautiful Ruskin Park just 5 mins from us, as well as Brockwell Park nearby in Herne Hill.
Rent is 150 per week + 450 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
