En-Suite room in lovely modern flat

Hi, I have a room available for 1-2 months for for a person/couple looking for a short let. I’m single and I have an active social life but I also like to hang out at home.
I’m a self-employed Optometrist so it’s not unusual for my schedule to be long hours or to have a few weekdays off.
I tend to be moderately tidy but not pristine, so I think it would work best with someone with a similar attitude. For example I’d rather we both feel free to leave dishes out occasionally when we are in a hurry, but not make it an every day habit.

I’m a very chatty introvert (I know, hard to believe) and when I’m not down the pub with my friends, or have my nose in a book, and I swing dance in my free time. I’ve lived in London for ten years now and I grew up in Milton Keynes.

The room is available to couples but only on a short term basis for £1300 a month, again all inclusive.

The rent is inclusive of everything, which will includes a cleaner in common areas every fortnight.

The flat is new, and includes
- Living room (large open plan with kitchen)
- Dishwasher
- Washing Machine & Dryer (though unnecessary because clothes dry really quickly in the boiler room)
- Broadband internet
- Central Heating
- Fridge Freezer

There is space for a desk in the bedroom if you are working from home sometimes.

It’s 20 min walk from both Oval and Elephant & Castle but there are also buses right outside my building. The 176, 171, 68, 468, 12, 40, 35, 89 buses all depart from bus stops that are just outside my building complex. The 36, 185, and 436 are a few minutes away. It’s less than 5 min walk into the heart of Camberwell & 10-15 min walk from Denmark Hill station.

Unfortunately the car park is not available to residents though cars can normally pause there while moving in.
