Short Term Dbl room in large flat Camberwell

Hi,

We are looking for a short term let flatmate/ couple for a large double room in our flat, half way between Brixton and Camberwell. Please read on...!

The second room is occupied only two nights a week when we work in London - otherwise the flat would be yours to yourself.

The room is available from ~7th February and is available on a short term basis as we look to sell the apartment (target summer 26 - realistically no sooner).

The Room;
Spacious and light double room with double bed, wardrobes and private small roof terrace.

The House:
The flat is a split level Georgian 2 bed flat with a private garden and outdoor seating. There is a small dining room off the kitchen and a large lounge area with large flatscreen tv. The bathroom and WC and kitchen have recently been renovated. The garden has just been completely landscaped with fantastic AstroTurf and is very large and private only to our flat.

The room is open to couples also - the price for couples is and extra £150 on the single person price.

The Area:
2 min walk to Loughbrough Junction overground and straight into the City Thames Link/ City in 15 mins. 14 min walk to Brixton tube and Victoria line, every minute is great. 5 mins to Ruskin Park which is lovely. Loads of bars and restaurants, Brixton village, Camberwell Green and a bus ride to Peckham's delights. I could start listing my favourite eateries but it would go on...

Other things:
Bills are included as this is a short term let.
