Room to rent Brixton / Camberwell / Denmark hill

I am looking to rent out a room in my house on Ruskin Park, near Brixton / Camberwell / Herne Hill / Denmark hill

I am after a young professional / student (I think!) who's open-minded, easy going and well mannered. And of course tidy!

The house has everything you'd expect in a modern home. Your room would be on the first floor. The bathroom on your floor (which is entirely yours!) is located down a small set of stairs and has not only 1 but 2 sinks :) Plus a bath, shower and loo.

Bills are included.
