Beautiful House in Brixton/Camberwell

Hi all! Im looking for a professional to share my home - it is a 3-story terrace that is 3mins walk from Loughborough junction, 12mins walk from Brixton underground, 7mins walk from Denmark Hill and 10 mins from central Camberwell with the best Jazz Bar in London at the end of the road.

The house is beautiful and has tons of living space - a big kitchen-diner and a lounge / dining room, a fireplace, a small back garden with BBQ and fig tree.
The room on offer is the bigger of the rooms with plenty of space and so much storage!
The landlords really love the house which shows in the kitchen tiles, wooden surfaces and recently redone sinks and wooden patio.

I am a Speech and Language therapist / musician, so the house comes with some instruments. I am looking for someone sociable, but with your own stuff going on.

Would consider a couple, but rent would be adjusted.
Partly furnished but will help to refurnish when current tenant leaves with all her furniture! Can be slightly flexi with move in date, with May 1st as the ideal.
