The flat is a two bedroom recently fully refurbished and with high cleaning standards.
The flat is split between two floors : kitchen is downstairs, bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor.
There is the possibility of renting a communal bike parking space or, alternatively, a bike can be kept on our very large balcony.
The decorating style is shabby chic and the room I am renting is a child bedroom: some of the decorations are child friendly ( ballerinas, fairies and starry night curtains) as you can see from the pictures.

Our ideal flatmate would be female, friendly, and house proud.
We have a bus stop with connections to Elephant and Castle 1 minute away from the flat and Camberwell and Peckham are reachable with a 5 minutes walk.
Amenities include dishwasher, washing machine, large bathtub and of course WiFi.
The room is available immediately.

This is a temporary rental up to August 2026 as we will be relocating to another country and will appoint an agency to manage the rental of our flat. There will be the possibility of renewing the rental with the agency but this will be a totally new contract.
