It's well-located, mid-way between Brixton and Peckham and 10 minutes by bus to Elephant & Castle for the Northern line, or 15 to Vauxhall for the Victoria line.
Eva is studying for her masters. Charlotte is doing an MA in Creative writing. It would be nice to find someone with similar interests.
We try and keep the flat relatively clean and zen (ish).
