We both work from home. We like going to pub quizzes, parkrun at Burgess Park, watching TV, going to the theatre, hiking, cycling and camping!
The flat is fully furnished and modernly decorated throughout.
The room comes with a double bed, mattress, desk, bedside table, chair and a built in wardrobe.
It is a safe first floor flat with large communal lounge, bathroom, extra toilet, kitchen and balcony.
It's £750/month rent and £175/month bills with a £200 refundable holding/damage deposit.

Camberwell is a gem of South London with a great selection of independent and highly rated restaurants and cafes. Recently featured by TimeOut as the 4th coolest neighbourhood IN THE WORLD! Top rated Craft Beer and Gastro pubs. Gyms nearby. Burgess Park and Ruskin Park on the doorstep. 20 minute walk to Oval station or 10 minute bus to Elephant & Castle Station.

And unfortunately we don't have enough space for communal furniture / pictures / utensils etc so if you have lots of stuff that might go in a living room or kitchen then you will need to find another place to store these
