You'll be sharing with Oran (live-in landlord) and Marie (Oran's partner) who are both cool London professionals. Oran works in event management and Marie works in music and education. We both work from home. We like going to pub quizzes, parkrun at Burgess Park, watching TV, going to the theatre, hiking, cycling and camping!

The flat is fully furnished and modernly decorated throughout.

The room comes with a double bed, mattress, desk, bedside table, chair and a built in wardrobe.

It is a safe first floor flat with large communal lounge, bathroom, extra toilet, kitchen and balcony.

For a Single person it's £750/month rent and £175/month bills with a £200 refundable holding/damage deposit.

For a Couple it's £1000/month rent and £260/month bills with a £300 refundable holding/damage deposit.
