Short Term Let in Camberwell Green

Looking for a CLEAN, TRUSTWORTHY and hardworking professional to SHORT LET a double room in friendly spacious guardianship. The room comes with a large deskspace and drawing board that i usually use to work on commissions. Also comes with a kingsize bed and ensuite toilet and sink with window. There is plenty compartment space next to and underneath the bed.

Being a former care home, its a space that holds 40 residents, all of them professionals and students over the age of 21 in different industries including film production, finance, construction, creative and many others. It is perfect considering the number of residents, while there is a community of people there is still plenty of peace and quiet to keep completely to yourself.

Each floor has a newly renovated kitchen, we also have half of the bottom floor dedicated as a living space with a projector, sofas and tables to work (great for freelancing). Cleaners come in regularly to clean all communal living spaces including showers, corridors, living area, and kitchen. There is also parking space, though that will have to be negotiated with the other residents who need it.

The location is ideal, just off Camberwell Green and easy access to bus routes all over London and 10 mins walk from Denmark Hill overground. There is a variety of affordable food spots, including lebanese, jamaican, chinese, italian, vegan options, bakeries, local greengrocers, supermarkets etc.

Again, I'm looking for someone trustworthy and clean who is considerate of the other residents who work hard daily to maintain a great living space. The aim is to have someone in for at least a month and we can negotiate a period that suits us both.
