Spacious double room in quiet street available now

I am offerring a big double room (with double bed, therefore it is ideal for couples, but it is also absolutely great and comfortable for 1 professional person). It is available now. There are 3 different persons in the flat (1 man & 1 couple). I am looking for working and calm people, with no addictions. The price is 155 pounds per week plus the bills (electricity and gas, which is around 50-60 pounds per month in the winter period). Other bills are included in the rental price (TV Licence, Broadband, Water, and Council Tax). The price for the couple is 165 pounds per week plus the same bills as described above. The two weeks deposit is required, and the notice to leave is also two weeks. The flat has an access to private garden. It takes 10-12 minutes to walk to the nearest Oval tube station (Northern Line), and around 7-10 minutes to the main road with shops and amenities (Walworth Road). There is also a beautiful and huge park nearby ― Burgess Park (fantastic for joggers). NO DSS/pets/and small children.
