I’m sadly having to leave my room.

I’ve been living in the property for 8 months and sad to be leaving.

WiFi and council tax included as well as water. Gas and electricity are around £20 per month per person.

The room comes with a desk, double bed, built in wardrobe and side table.

The area is great with corner shops nearby. Also have Morrison’s and Iceland within close walking distance. Great transportation links into the city and handy on nights out (whenever that will be again).

Either myself or one of the current flatmates can show you around.
