One Room in One Amazing House

Lovely, large double room available in one amazing house with big garden, off road parking and plenty of space.

We are looking for a fantastic male to join our happy household.

The house currently consists of one male and two females who work in the worlds of design, advertising, and teaching. We're a relatively active bunch of late 30's early 40's, whos hobbies include cycling, swimming, and trail walking.

Ideally, we are looking for someone who has an established social life in London but will be interested in joining in the odd film night, house dinner or glass of wine. Someone who's after a home and not a 'house share'. We are lucky to live in an incredible house and are looking for someone who'll be able to appreciate it with us.

The house is located on a leafy, quiet street and is split over three/four levels. It has a ground floor toilet, family bathroom with two of the other rooms having en-suites. There's a spacious communal kitchen which leads on to the backyard/patio and extensive garden which we all help keep looking at it's best. We're also lucky enough to have a large basement and separate utility room which is sometimes used as a studio or workspace.

We are a 10min walk from Denmark Hill and Peckham Rye overground stations, and 5min up the hill from Bellenden road.

Rent is £625 excluding bills that are about £120 a month, which includes Gas, electric, council, water, and broadband. We also have a lovely cleaner who comes round twice a month, which helps with the general upkeep of the property.
The room comes with a double bed and mattress as well as plenty of built in wardrobe space.

Bus: 176, 68, 185,.... and a million others that go to and from Peckham and Camberwell.
