Two double rooms available in Camberwell flat

Two double rooms available in a Zone 2 - Camberwell flat that one of my current flatmates is moving out of due to moving closer to their work and the other is moving back to to Spain.

The first furnished double room comes with a desk, tv, chair, heaps of storage in and out of the room (built in closet) and has just received a whole new set of drawers, a new bedside table and a new headstand for the bed. It is available now for one person (not a couple) and it will be £529/month (incl. bills). The deposit is £600 which you can further arrange to pay to the landlord.

The second bedroom is as in the pictures and will be £560/month (incl. bills) for one person. The deposit amount of £640 will also be arranged with the landlord.

The flat is on the 3rd floor accessible by lift and you’d be living with myself - a Canadian. There is no lounge but it works perfectly as both myself and the flatmates I have previously lived with for awhile have had our own busy lives although like to catch up in the kitchen and say Hi here and there. We have all been pretty chill and guests being over in the room with you on occasion is fine.

This flat is for busy working professionals and would like to maintain the flat as nice, clean and as quiet of a home as possible for when we return or stay working from home afterwards (within reason, not OCD, haha) so this flat would suit those who are looking for people to live with whose lifestyle also kind of fits that and is happy to maintain that as well.

The scene in Camberwell is brilliant with lots of character, nice pubs and restaurants. We’re just off the high street so there is a nice city ambience going on if you like that background noise over a quiet residential area. Also living close to two big parks that feel like you’re living the city behind for a bit.

In the heart of South London you are a 15 minute walk from Brixton, a 5 minute walk to the Denmark Overground station with one stop to Clapham High Street and many busses that get you directly to Elephant and Castle / Oval station, Brixton, Peckham and Clapham within 10-15 minutes..
