About the House
We’re three flatmates (26-38) living in a stunning 4-bed semi-detached house in a private gated community next to Burgess Park. The space has security cameras and a private entrance. We’re looking for a like-minded, sociable housemate to fill a large king size room with an en-suite.
The house is recently refurbished and located in a private gated development between Elephant & Castle and Camberwell. It’s got excellent transport links – Kennington and Elephant & Castle underground stations are nearby, plus multiple bus routes to London Bridge, Liverpool Street, Tower Bridge, and Oxford Circus just a 2-minute walk away.
If you drive, we have one parking space and free visitor parking. There’s also a covered bike storage area with CCTV.
Inside the House
• Open-plan living area with comfy sofas, TV, and a dining table
• Fully equipped kitchen – oven/hob, Nespresso coffee machine, integrated dishwasher, fridge-freezer
• Utility room with separate washing machine and dryer
• Beautiful rear garden with an outdoor dining area, BBQ, and chiminea – perfect for cozy winter nights!

The area is lively and well-connected, with supermarkets (Tesco, Iceland), pharmacies (Boots, Superdrug), plus great cafes, restaurants, and bars just a short walk away. Burgess Park is directly opposite – perfect for running, picnics, and summer lounging.

A decent size small double room on 1st floor with:

What We’re Looking For
We want a professional housemate who’s clean, considerate, and sociable. The house is a home, not just a place to crash. We take care of our space and absolutely love living here. We’re very proud of living here and expect the same from a new housemate – no messy communal areas, dirty dishes, or shoes left around!. The space is gorgeous and deserves to be celebrated!
We’re not a party house, but we love having friends over for dinners, drinks, and board games. We also cook together sometimes and have movie nights with a projector. That said, we respect each other’s space, so if you prefer privacy, that’s cool too – just good communication is key!
We’re open to a mature student or professional. Pets are welcome (we love animals!), but we’d need to make sure they get along with the cats. No smoking inside, but outdoor smoking is fine.
