Double room with a bed that can be turned into a large double. The room comes with a desk, wardrobe, bin, chair, lamp, big window (note that the room aims to the back road which is one way only road. There is little traffic so it is perfect for students), etc.
The house has a separate living room, plenty storage, a separate new kitchen with an induction oven and all amenities are provided (washing machine, fridge, vacuum cleaner, cooking utensils, etc.) and the shower which is electric and has a nice pressure.

AREA

Excellent location, very close to local amenities. East street market, Camberwell College Arts, London College of Communication, King's College Hospital, etc.

Great transport links to central london by tube, train and by bus. Brixton, Vauxhall, Waterloo, London Bridge and Borough are just 15 minutes away.

MYSELF

My name is Joseph, 38 years old Spanish, professional in IT. I am clean, easy going, respectful and very quiet. I enjoy the occasional glass of wine and some cooking I also enjoy a bit of TV, music, games, exercising, badmington, running, etc. I am not a party goer myself but I like pubbing and socialising.

I have a very well behaved 8 years old every other weekend. So bear in mind that it is a family house.

AVAILABILITY

Available from the first week of February and the dates are negotiable.

The rent is £800 per month, all bills included, super-fast internet (up to 250mb/s) and there will be a signed contract with a month notice, no fees but there is a £800 deposit which will be returned on your leave.
