Just a 4-minute walk from the green space of Brunswick Park (and also has all-weather 5 a-side pitch and 2 tennis courts), Camberwell also has a vast array of local shops and amenities and excellent transport links in to the West End and all over Southwark and Lambeth.

The four tenants will be jointly responsible for the gas and electricity, but the landlord will include in the rent for the broadband and water rates. Being students, you will not be liable for Council Tax.

Hi my name’s Fenn, I am 21 years old. I am currently a student in my third year at UAL, Camberwell campus. Due to the pandemic I am only able to go into Uni 3 days a week, which are Thursday, Friday and Saturday, the rest of the time is online.
I am a very chill and fun person who loves to cook with my housemates, drink with them and just have a good time. I want to create a nice home feeling with people I can call my friends and have a laugh with, rather than just people who share a house together.
I love a good boogie and fun nights out, but also love and enjoy (and need) my downtime where I read, make art, listen to music and sleeeep. I love and watch so many films (perhaps too many). I am a fairly clean and tidy person who likes to keep the house nice for everyone but also I am not gonna freak out about a couple of mugs, we’ve all had those days. But there is a dishwasher which makes this a lot easier.

I would like to live with someone who also has a creative mind and enjoys being social, but also enjoys their downtime like me. Someone who loves to have some movie nights and sit and eat as a lovely household. Someone who is a student or someone of a similar age to me. Women preferred (sorry boys).
