Double bedroom in creative house

Hey!
We are looking for a female housemate to join us ASAP - Must have a Gurantor

We are Aisha, Juliette, Emma, Rosie and Constanza. We are a group of creative post graduate students aging from 22-26. We are from Bristol, New York, Geneva, Argentina and London & We study at Camberell college, Goldsmiths and Roehampton and are taking degrees in fine art, dance, filmmaking and graphic design.

We are a social bunch and also enjoy our own space & respect others too, we are looking forward to making this place our home and looking for someone who wants the same. We are all on the same page in terms of wanting to keep the space clean, tidy, relaxed and fun (especially if there is another lockdown)

the house is spacious, light and has sooo much character haha! I havent come across a place like it before, it's honestly really cool and the landlady really cares about it hence why we want someone who is respectful & reliable.

Please note its getting refurbished as we speak including new flooring in the kitchen and the first room will become a living room with a sofa. It will be professionally deep cleaned and re painted in some rooms too.

The house is in Camberwell, really close to Peckham and 30 minute walk to peckham rye station. And a 28 minute bus ride to Goldsmiths and 13 minute walk to local supermarkets on the main road, Queens road.

Our move in date is 10th October but you can move in later than this if necessary and you would need to pay your security deposit and first months rent beforehand

You would need a budget of £700-800 for rent & Bill's included and a gurantor. (Cleaner is paid for as part of our rent)
