The flat is a home! My name is Antonio and you will be sharing only with me. I am looking for a professional relaxed clean and friendly. I am always happy to share some food and a glass of wine. The living room is spacious and cosy, there is a lovely balcony where you can smoke or have a cup of tea or coffee.

The bedroom has private wardrobe, double bed, new mattress, chest of drawers, chair and desk. There is plenty of store under the bed and in the private storage in the wardrobe. In the bedroom the floor to ceiling window makes is bright and spacious perfect when you want to feel the light and have some fresh air.

Modern New cosy flat with kitchen and bathroom to share. WiFi available and kitchen is fully kitted out.

-Oval zone 2 (Nothern Line- Night tube)- 15 min by bus
-Brixton (Victoria) & Elephant and Castle (Northern-Night tube, Bakerloo)- 15 min by bus
-TRAIN & OVERGROUND:
Denmark Hill- 15 min walk

Great and extremely frequent bus connection everywhere - approx. 30 min to Victoria, 35 min Oxford Street, Waterloo and London Bridge, 15 min to Elephant&Castle and Vauxhall, 10 min to Oval, 35 min to Clapham Junction.
-The flat very close to bus stops with a great range of routes into town and all over London including 12, 35, 36, 40, 42, 45, 68, 148, 171, 176, 185, 345, 436, 468. Many of these buses run all night.

Very close to local amnesties, East Street Market, Camberwell College of Arts, London College of Communication, Southbank University, Kings College Hospital, gym, huge park.
