Bright, clean & friendly flat share in Camberwell

I'm sad to be leaving London and subsequently my lovely room!

The room is spacious and comes furnished with double bed, 2x chest of drawers and a triple door wardrobe with full length mirror and a large window.

The upper floor flat is really bright and airy. It's situated in a charming row of terrace houses, backing on to a small park (view from the bedroom window!) and is also a short walk from Myatt's Field (5 mins walk) and Ruskin Park (10 mins walk). A large Morrisons, Lidl and Co-Op are 10 mins away by walk.

The flat is an 18 min walk from Brixton, 10 mins from Camberwell and 5 mins from Loughborough Junction station, with great train and bus links into central London. The 35 bus to Elephant & Castle, London Bridge, Shoreditch and Clapham Junction is just around the corner. There is parking available by permit on the street outside - and is really affordable (I pay £37 per year)

You'll be living with Ela, she is 30 and a Chemist working in London Bridge. We keep the flat clean, but aren't crazy about it, have chats over a tea/coffee or dinner and have the odd day out together, which has been lovely!
