Double room in Kennington/Camberwell

Hi - we are looking for a new housemate since one of our current housemate is moving out.

A bit about us: We're a friendly bunch of professionals working in journalism, the charity sector, public service, and higher ed.

Our interests include the arts, music, netball, reading, chilling and watching tv etc!

The room:

The room available is on the first floor and is facing the street. It is furnished with a double bed and mattress, a small desk and two wardrobes. It gets gorgeous light and is a perfect space for those that need to work from home but also who like to relax with space.

The house has wooden floors throughout except carpet in hallways and stairs. There are 6 bedrooms, 2 showers, 1 bath and 3 toilets (so no lining up ever!), large open plan kitchen, dining room, lounge and a lovely back garden.

The area: Technically in Camberwell but only a 10 minute walk to Kennington station, 15 min walk to Oval station, 5 minutes walk to lots of buses on Walworth Road and Camberwell New Road. Supermarkets, cafes and pubs all within walking distance. You can be in Waterloo in 20 mins if you are fast!!!

We are looking for people who are friendly, tidy and fun. It’s a social house but not a party house. We also have a BBQ for the good weather!

Rent includes all bills and a cleaner every week.
