Hello,

We are looking for a fun, considerate, like-minded person to join our beautiful house in the Camberwell/Peckham area. We are 4 girls working in film, marketing, teaching and finance. We met via spare room and have all become good friends. We cook together once or twice a week and will often spend evenings watching TV with a bottle of wine or heading to the pub. We are not a party house (the teacher gets up at 5.45am!!) but we are laid back and fun :)

The house has two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen with a big table. We also have a garden, access to two beautiful community gardens 2 mins from the house, a shop and pharmacy less than a minute away, and great travel links into town.

The room has a double bed and big desk for working from home.

Rent is £550 and bills about £65 per month.
