Beautiful double room at back of Victorian terrace with antique wooden furniture and lots of storage space: . It has a spacious pine wood chest of drawers wardrobe, a good-sized desk and comfortable office chair, bookshelves and an armchair as well as a double bed.

The room is situated right next to the house bathroom, not generally used by the other housemates. There is a very large well-equipped kitchen, a shared sitting room with TV and a well-kept garden with flowers in the spring and summer.

The house, in Rainbow Street, is very near to Burgess Park, which is a very large green space, which also has tennis courts. It is very near the bus stop in Wells Way with frequent 136 and 343 buses to Elephant and Castle tube; including a night bus. There is a Tesco Express 5 minutes away and a large Tesco across Burgess Park. Camberwell and Peckham town centres, with sports centres, swimming pool, library, restaurants, cinemas and clubs are each a 15-minute walk away. There are nearby cycle routes and space to keep bicycles in the side passage of the garden.

The house has five bedrooms and has been a shared house since 1993. with housemates from all over the world. The other housemates include the owner, who is a TEFL teacher and frequently travels teaching and training teachers in different parts of the world, though is currently working at home on Zoom. He has the converted attic with own bathroom. The other house mates include: a solicitor and a PHd medical student
