En-suite double bedroom in a terraced Edwardian house, located between Camberwell and Peckham. The room itself is 21m², and has an additional 8m² of eaves storage space.

Location-wise, Peckham Rye is a 10 minute walk, as are Burgess and Ruskin Park. Sainsbury's Local is over the road in 2 minutes, while Lidl and Morrisons are a short walk away.

Sadly, I'm leaving at the end of May, and will need to find a replacement from the 1st of June onwards. The other tenants will remain here: one director and two working at startups. They like the occasional party, but also appreciate a clean kitchen and a quiet night in.
