Double room in 3 bed Camberwell flat

A medium-size double room available in a 3 bed flat from March 19th. The room comes unfurnished, but I'd be open to offers of purchasing items from me. I'm moving out to live with my partner; otherwise, I would have loved to stay. You'll be living with Anabel and Mike, both in their twenties; Mike is a musician and music producer with a day job, and Anabel works in fashion freelance. The flat is located halfway between Camberwell and Peckham, so you have the pick of the bunch and is nicely situated for buses and trains into central. There's a living room, and the flat is on the first floor with about 15 steps up and a small front door-step into the building; there is also a buzzer entry system. I could be flexible with moving dates if you needed to get some stuff moved earlier.
It's a cheap place with rent at £470 with bills on top coming to around £100 PCM each. You would need to go on the contract to be subject to referencing and credit checks - benefits and UC are accepted. The deposit is £476.67.
