Maisonette in Camberwell

I have two good sized double rooms available in Camberwell SE5. One of the rooms has an en-suite. There is a kitchen, main bathroom, a living room, a spare/guest room and a small sunny garden. There is a secure place to store bicycles and a small amount of storage space in the garden. On street parking can be organised with the council. Bills are all included. I am a live in landlady who only visits occasionally and when I’m away you’ll have the whole property to yourselves. The property is a two storey maisonette (situated above a ground floor flat with a very nice neighbour) on the first and second floors with steps down to a private garden. The house gets a lot of natural light. I’m looking for people who are very clean and tidy and will keep the communal areas of the flat clean when I am travelling. The rooms are available now because my previous housemates are buying their own place after 6 years. Previous renters have all been very happy here. I am a considerate landlady and attend to any problems promptly. I can provide glowing references from previous lodgers in fact! :) Alternatively I would be willing to let to a couple and a single person or to three individuals who would then be without a living room. If you are interested in this option contact me and we can negotiate the rent which would be less per person if three people were living there. In total including bills I would like £2500 if I let the rooms to two people and £2600 if I let the rooms to 3 people. The flat is a 10 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride to Oval station on the Northern line, a 10 minute bus ride to Vauxhall on the Victoria line, a 15 minute bus ride to Victoria.
