Rooms available in Camberwell

I have two good sized double rooms available in Camberwell SE5. One of the rooms has an en-suite. There is a kitchen, main bathroom, a living room, a spare/guest room and a small sunny garden. There is a secure place to store bicycles and a small amount of storage space in the garden. On street parking can be organised with the council. Bills are all included. I am a live in landlady who only visits occasionally and when I’m away you’ll have the whole property to yourselves. The property is a two storey maisonette (situated above a ground floor flat with a very nice neighbour) on the first and second floors with steps down to a private garden. The house gets a lot of natural light. I’m looking for people who are very clean and tidy and will keep the communal areas of the flat clean when I am travelling. The rooms are available now because my previous housemates are buying their own place after 6 years. Previous renters have all been very happy here. I am a considerate landlady and attend to any problems promptly. I can provide glowing references from previous lodgers in fact! :)The flat is a 10 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride to Oval station on the Northern line, a 10 minute bus ride to Vauxhall on the Victoria line, a 15 minute bus ride to Victoria.
