The House offers simple accommodation for up to 55 housemates, formed into a welcoming community. You will have your own bedroom and ensuite toilet and sink with shared kitchen and shower facilities on each floor of the building. Alongside your own bedroom there are shared spaces throughout the property, including a communal work space, TV lounge, garden and terrace.
The property (and price) includes for a dedicated management team that provides biweekly cleaning of the common parts, constant Fire and H&S monitoring, plus a 24hr telephone line for maintenance and emergencies. Broadband will be provided in the communal lounge and residents are able to arrange a private line to their bedrooms if they wish.
We are car free but there will be secure cycle parking on site. We have great access to the London Cycle Highways with direct routes to Waterloo (12mins), Covent Garden (15 mins), City (17mins), Shoreditch (22mins), Peckham (5mins) and Brixton (9mins). For trains we are a short walk from Denmark Hill and this will get you into central London in no time at all.
