Double Room to rent in a 2 bedroom spacious flat

Hi guys,

My name is Tracey and I’m currently living with my friend Fiona but she’s sadly moving back to Ireland (where we’re from)!

I’ve lived in this flat since 2021 and I honestly couldn’t love it more. It’s so homely, spacious and cosy and I I’ve loved every minute of living here so I’m keen to stay longer. The landlords are great, really friendly and always helpful when we need anything done in the flat.

The flat is a 10 minute walk from Camberwell High Street which has some great bars and restaurants and all the essentials.

I’ve lived in London for almost 10 years and I love it. I’m currently working at Battersea Dogs & Cats Home as a Database Manager so I always have super cute pet snaps and updates! I work from the office most days but our flat has a really great office space so it’s ideal for working from home. I love socialising so I’m out most weekends and spend weekday evenings either in the gym/running or chilling in this cosy flat.

Looking for a professional in their 30s who is looking for a more chilled vibe but up for exploring London, pub trips every now and then!!

A little bit about me
I am a 35 year old professional single woman. I work as a Database Manager for an animal charity called Battersea Dogs & Home. I spend most of the week working, exercising (I love the gym and running) and exploring London. I am out a lot but I do like to chill in the flat in the evening so looking for someone chilled to join me :)

What I am looking for
Another professional in their 30s who is looking for a more settled, cosy/chilled vibe. Someone who is clean and keen to help me make this flat as homely as possible but also up for a laugh and a night out every now and then!
