Small-double bedroom in beautiful Camberwell flat

I'm renting a small double bedroom in my flat in Camberwell.

The flat is very stylish and relaxing with a cozy, zen-like feel, offering sanctuary from the business of London. We're also a clean and tidy household.

There is a balcony at the back of the flat which gets amazing evening light, which floods the very well-equipped kitchen that houses a lovely big wooden table.

There’s a bath, an excellent rain shower, and a yellow floor in the bathroom.

The place is warm with a fancy wifi thermostat and excellent broadband speed that reaches all the rooms.

The bedroom has nice natural light, whilst still being cozy in the evenings. It's nicely designed with a mix of cool contemporary furniture and cute car-boot finds. There’s also lots of excellent (hidden) storage inside the divan bed.

The room isn’t huge so ideally you won’t have loads and loads of stuff, as there’s no additional storage available.

The flat is in a great location on the Brixton side of Camberwell, 5 minutes from Camberwell Green, 5 minutes from Loughborough Junction, 10 minutes from Denmark Hill, and a short bus ride or 15-minute walk to Brixton.

We’re looking for a female flatmate, aged 30 upwards, in full-time work (but not nights) just because that will be the best fit for the vibe here.

You will love the place when you see it. The price is £555 PCM, plus bills at £150PCM. The deposit is £500.

You will be living with me and one other lodger, Ilona, who is 34, works for a charity and has a nearby studio for her art practice. I’m a pretty youthful 42-year-old designer and photographer.
