En-suite Double Room, Camberwell/Elephant & Castle

Hey! I'm Mike, 33, looking for a housemate to join us in our spacious flat housing 3, just off Burgess park, between Elephant and Castle, and Camberwell. :) Our housemate Adam is moving into his own place so we have the room available at the beginning of March.
I also currently live with Katherine (31) who is moving out of the flat at the end of March, so I'll be looking for someone to fill that room too soon.

The room has an en-suite (pictured) and a view of the balcony!

I works in marketing in Southwark - when I'm not working (and injury free) I love to get out running! Otherwise likely to be found in a pub/cinema/catching up on the latest Apple TV show.

Katherine works as a costume maker for TV/Film, is very sociable, loves a bit of gardening, frequently out for brunch/cocktails/a country walk with friends, and is always up for a chat!

The flat's in a great spot - near the high street close to shops, and walking distance to tube stations and pubs, which we're particularly keen on when we don't fancy a flat night in! Looking for someone friendly, clean and a good laugh. Flexible with the move in date, but ideally before 5th March :)

Looking to do some viewings Monday 9th and Tuesday 10th February. I work from home a couple of days a week in the shared area, so ideally looking for a housemate who works hybrid/doesn't work from home.

Bills are approx £110 each.
