Hey! I'm Mike, 32, looking for a housemate to join us in our spacious flat housing 3, just off Burgess park, between Elephant and Castle, and Camberwell. :) Our housemate Adam is moving into his own place so we have the room available at the beginning of February.
I also currently live with Katherine (31) who is moving out of the flat in approx March, so I'll be looking for someone to fill that room too soon.
The room has an en-suite (pictured) and a view of the balcony!
I works in marketing in Southwark - when I'm not working (and injury free) I love to get out running! Otherwise likely to be found in a pub/cinema/catching up on the latest Apple TV show.
Katherine works as a costume maker for TV/Film, is very sociable, loves a bit of gardening, frequently out for brunch/cocktails/a country walk with friends, and is always up for a chat!
The flat's in a great spot - near the high street close to shops, and walking distance to tube stations and pubs, which we're particularly keen on when we don't fancy a flat night in! Looking for someone friendly, clean and a good laugh. Flexible with the move in date, but ideally the first week of February :)
Bills are approx £110 each
Having viewings Sunday 11th Jan, Monday 12th Jan evening, Wednesday 13th Jan evening.
