A little about us:
We are Carys / Caz (they/she, age 31 - I own part of the property) and Anika (she/her, age 29). We both work in creative disciplines. Our home is our sanctuary - it is a place to relax. To protect this dynamic, we rarely work at home. We enjoy spending time at home as well as leading busy social lives.

The flat:
The flat is just off McNeil Road, ideally located between Camberwell / Peckham / East Dulwich - all with a variety of shops and amenities - and only a 5-minute walk from Denmark Hill Station. Entry to the flat is at 2nd Floor level, accessed via an external, enclosed stair. There is a small terrace accessed from the open-plan kitchen / living / dining room.

Your space:
The bedroom is furnished with a king-size bedframe and mattress, bedside chest of drawers and a wardrobe. It is located on the flat’s lower floor (the flat is split-level / two-storeys). There is a shower room with WC on the same floor which will be exclusive to the bedroom (we both have our own bathrooms).
