I'm looking for clean and tidy people, non-smokers, professionals or students, who will respect a nice flat and treat it as their own. The house is a calm place, I also would like someone who is chilled and not into partying.

I like meeting new people .You will share the flat with another female.

I don't slam doors, leave dirty dishes, watch TV at 678 decibels or leave hair in the bath, I like to feel relaxed at home. Clean and tidy flat is VERY important !!!

The room is a double room full furnished with a built- in wardrobe, chest of draws, a table and plenty storage. There is a full bathroom and kitchen with washing machine and fridge, Wi-fi

Kings College Hospital and Denmark Hill station are 10 minutes minutes walk from home.
Ideally for people working or studying at King's College or Maudsley Hospital

There are various buses (436,36,185, N136) at the door step going towards Victoria Station.
From Denmark Hill Station you will reach the heart of the City in less than 12 minutes, also there is an overground services to Clapham Junction or Highbury and Islington.
At Camberwell Junction you are also able to catch buses number 12,40,171,148, connecting you with almost any part of London.
