One super king size room available to rent from the 3rd August in a 3 bed flat. The room has a super king bed with a chest of drawers and a small 2 door wardrobe (not shown in pics). The room faces the communal gardens at the back of the building. The flat is a 10-12 minute walk to Denmark Hill station, 10 minute walk to king’s college hospital, 10 minute walk to oval tube station, 16 minute walk to Brixton tube station and various bus stations are within a 6 minute walk. The flat is opposite a gorgeous park where you can play tennis, go for a run, have coffee or chill. There’s a shared living room and bathroom, large kitchen with a little balcony at the back of the building. Overall the flat is very big. I’m looking for a professional who is tidy, sociable and respectful sharing a space with others. There’s plenty to do around camberwell, lots of local pubs and independent restaurants. The flat falls under Lambeth council and council tax band is D. Bills will be on top of the rental and work out roughly £100 a month. Our set up is a couple (myself and partner who share a room) and one other girl.
