Hello!

We have a gorgeous double room ideal for one person who needs their own space and is looking for something exceptional. The bedroom comes fully furnished - with a good quality double bed and mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk area etc. We provide all the bedding (pillows, duvet, duvet cover, fitted sheet).

Our kitchen is fully equipped, including microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, washing machine, etc. The flat has a modern bathroom with great shower, and a separate toilet. It is all kept very clean and tidy as our cleaner visits once a week to clean all the communal areas.

The flat would ideally suit professionals or international students here to further improve their education and/or gain work experience. We are looking for people who would appreciate living in clean and tidy environment.

There’s a Sainsbury’s located just a minute’s walk from the flat. We are just a short 10-minute bus ride from Elephant and Castle. The bus stop is just 1 minute from our front door, where you have at least 7 choices of buses going into Central London and Elephant & Castle tube station (Zone 1).

The rent includes all bills - water, gas, electricity, council tax, fast wireless broadband Internet and cleaner. You do not have to pay for anything extra!
Please note: The rooms are for individual only. We do not accept couples.

You only need to pay one week’s rent to reserve the room. On the day you move in you pay a further 3 week’s rent (to make up the full 4-week deposit) plus the first month’s rent in advance.

So, in summary:

You need to send us £180 to reserve the room.
On the day you move in you must pay a further £540(to make up the full 4-week deposit) plus £780, which is the first month’s rent in advance.

You must stay a minimum of one month and must give us one month’s notice before you leave. We will hold your deposit in a government-backed scheme called the DPS (please refer to depositprotection. com for more details about how it works).
