Spacious double room, all bills inc, quiet area

My partner and I have a spare room we’ve kitted out with everything needed: (Tv, wardrobe, brand new double bed, desk etc)

7 days a week

We’re looking for a clean and considerate new flat mate to move into our beautiful home in April. We’re both m the creative industry and are fairly career driven so we’re looking for someone who can match our energy.

The house is finished to a high standard, with beautiful high ceilings, plenty of natural light and access to a shared garden as well as a gorgeous park right opposite us.

A little about us:

We enjoy a quiet home, and are big foodies, always cooking up feasts, which you’re more than welcome to join us in! During the week’s were both pretty busy with work but on weekends we enjoy long walks with our super well behaved French bulldog called Douglas, (free cuds available upon request) occasional dinner parties and all the usual things, wine, running, pizza, in no particular order.

We’re offering this place all bills included for ease, that includes rent, water, electricity, council tax, internet, Netflix etc.

Your room will have a TV with all the channels mentioned above, but we also have a lounge where you’re welcome to hang out.
