I have a spare double room for rent from 7th of Sept.
Rent plus bills until end of Sept is £870. Open to couples for a negotiable increase.

Any further full months from 1st October are £1200 all in.
Views of a beautiful park, very pretty and tranquil location well connected and within zone 1/close to Central London with multiple tube and overground stations 15/20 min walk away.

Plenty of space and nice open feel to the flat with beautiful views. Kitted out kitchen.
I’m very chilled! Doing my own thing mostly. Looking for short term fill but dates are flexible.

There’s paid parking always available directly outside the flat.
