Double furnished room, Camberwell - bills included

Hi everyone,

I have a fully furnished double room available to rent in a 3 bed flat in the centre of Camberwell. The room has recently been repainted/ decorated since the previous tenant left (new pictures tbc). The room is available from now for £1,050 per month (all bills included).

The room shares a bathroom (see pic 4) with one other room. To accommodate for space the study area (see pic 3) is usually dedicated if required for work from home set ups etc between the other rooms as they have their own desks. This can be agreed between rooms depending on the need for the space.
Camberwell is a fantastic location which feels like the heart of South London. The flat is right next door to Camberwell Church Street with tonnes of restaurants, pubs and cafes and more opening all the time. It is located on a quiet, period street and is within walking distance from Brunswick, Ruskin (my personal favourite) and Burgess Parks.

Transport links are excellent. The nearest station is Denmark Hill, is less than 10 minute walk away. Peckham Rye and Oval (Northern Line) are both a five minute bus away - the bus stop is 50m from the front door - easy! Brixton, Clapham and and Oval are all within walking distance and the buses from Camberwell Green take you practically anywhere you want to go in London.

The flat comes fully equipped with everything you need, including fast broadband, a dishwasher and washing machine.
All bills are included in the rent, so there’s no extra charges.
