Large double room, fully furnished with own ensuite. Newly decorated last month. Study space can be agreed between rooms, however both are big enough for their own desk space for anyone WFH as seen in pics.
Camberwell is a fantastic location which feels like the heart of South London. It’s right next door to Camberwell Church Street with tonnes of restaurants, pubs and cafes. The flat is on a quiet, period street within walking distance from Brunswick, Ruskin and Burgess Parks.

The nearest station, Denmark Hill, is a ten minute walk away. Peckham Rye and Oval (Northern Line) are both a five minute bus away - the bus stop is 50m from the front door. Brixton, Clapham and and Oval are all within walking distance and the buses from Camberwell Green take you practically anywhere you want to go in London.

The flat comes with everything you need, such as fast broadband, dishwasher, large TV, and coffee machine.

Bills are not included, they roughly add to £150pcm

You would be sharing with two young professional Jordan (31M) who works in the public sector. Shashank (27M) who works in film/media.
