Double furnished room, Camberwell - bills included

Hi everyone,

I have two fully furnished double rooms - one ensuite - available to rent in a 3 bed flat in the centre of Camberwell. Please note this is a short term/flexible let, ideal for someone not looking to commit long term.

The 1st room (ensuite) is available from 18 August for £1200 per month (all bills included). Ensuite includes WC and large shower cubicle and storage

The 2nd room is available from 15th September for £1050 per month (all bills included). Shares a large bathroom with WC, bath tub + shower and plenty of storage with one other room.

The hallway/study area is usually dedicated if required for work from home set ups etc between the other rooms. This can be agreed between rooms depending on the need for the space.

The flat comes fully equipped with everything you need, including TV, fast broadband, a dishwasher and washing machine. All bills are included in the rent, so there is no suprise charges.

Camberwell is a fantastic location which feels like the heart of South London. The flat is right next door to Camberwell Church Street with tonnes of restaurants, pubs and cafes and more opening all the time. It is located on a quiet, period street and is within walking distance from Ruskin Park (my personal favourite) and Burgess Park.

Transport links are excellent. The nearest station is Denmark Hill, less than 10 minutes walk away. Peckham Rye and Oval (Northern Line) are both a five minute bus away, the bus stop is 50m from the front door, easy! Brixton, Clapham and Oval are all within walking distance and the buses from Camberwell Green take you practically anywhere you want to go in London.
