Looking for a lovely flat mate to join me in my flat :)
I have been settled in Camberwell for 7 years now and love the place! It's now gaining traction as the new place to be in south London with lots of new bars and coffee shops popping up almost monthly! the flat is located about 5 mins walk from the main high street from which you have a Tesco's, Morrisons, CO-OP and Lidl. Its also a 5 min walk from Burgess park which has tennis courts and a park run on Saturdays. Also 10 mins cycle or bus from Peckham and always enjoying visiting the Peckham levels in the summer :)
I'm 34, an engineer for TFL mainly working from home with 2 days in the office. I'm rather laid back, very into climbing so often go in the evenings and generally sporty and love music having played a few instruments in my time (sorry for the drum kit in the living room!). I'm looking for a chilled out flat mate.
Room has a nice large sky light with high ceiling. my previous flat mate had a desk in the room too if rearranged slightly.
You'll have your own bathroom downstairs as I have my own upstairs.
The flat has dishwasher, 2 fridges, a washer dryer, ceiling hung clothes dryer, induction hob, over, microwave, robot hoover called Stuart (he's a good boy and behaves himself and cleans up when he is told), a nice selection of plants and you're very welcome to add to the collection!
Bills are electric only. I pay for water and internet. I have yet to understand the cost of electric in winter with the new crazy prices but currently it is around £50/month in the summer so I reckon about £100 - £150/month in winter. For location, post code is SE5 7QS.
