Looking for a friendly , easygoing and generally tidy person who would be up for an occasional outing and some socialising for this double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom in a cozy new built ground floor flat.
The flat has 2 bedrooms. The advertised room which has an en suite bathroom with shower. The other bedroom is used by me and I have my own separate bathroom. I am a professional who works full time, 4 days from office and 1 day from home. My partner has his own place but does come around which is why I have listed him in the ad as well.
I also have cats so would be best for someone who likes or is okay with cats.
The room comes with a double bed with an Emma mattress, 3 door IKEA wardrobe, a desk and chair.
There is a shared living, dining and kitchen area plus a small patio garden outside.
It is a 2 minute walk from a bus stop, with a Tesco express and Sainsbury’s local and Lidl close by and the lovely burgess park is just across the road.

There is parking for cycles.
I am looking for ideally a professional who would be tidy and easy to live with.
The rent is all bills included including Wi-Fi .
