There is a shared living, dining and kitchen area plus a small patio garden outside.
It is a 2 minute walk from a bus stop, with a Tesco express close by and the lovely burgess park is just across the road.

There is parking for cycles.
You would only be sharing with one person -me.

I am a professional female who largely works in office, likes to cook and read and is easy to get along with.
I am looking for ideally a professional who would be tidy and easy to live with.
The rent is all bills included including Wi-Fi for a single person, looking to rent medium to long term.
