The flat is a perfect location for anyone who works at Kings College Hospital and offers great access to central London, Peckham, Brixton, Dulwich and surrounding areas.
THE ROOM & LODGINGS
A medium sized room with desk, wardrobe, drawers and a double ottoman bed with storage. Included in the monthly rent is broadband, Sky TV (including sports) and a regular cleaner. The main bathroom in the flat will predominantly be yours as I have an en-suite. The bathroom includes both bath and shower.

- Predominantly works in the office (not frequent home working)

The flat is above average size, has loads of daylight and has awesome views north (Big Ben, The Houses of Parliament, the Shard) from a large, west facing balcony. The kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a full suite of pots, pans, cutlery etc.
ME
I've recently set-up my own marketing consultancy so work from home a lot. Most week-nights I'll be in the Gym and/or chilling in front of the TV, with regular trips to the pub thrown in for good measure.
