Large double room in warehouse conversion

I have one double room available in this large ground floor warehouse conversion. The front door opens directly onto an internal courtyard with planting and seating to enjoy in the summer months.

Only one person per room.

My lovely cousin and her boyfriend are living in one of the other bedrooms and two other flat mates so they will be interviewing people to choose people they will be comfortable sharing with.

Only those who can pass credit checks with a full time job and will keep the flat tidy will be considered.
